Why should you choose the Bay City Public Schools? Opportunities.

We have classes, athletic teams, extracurricular activities, and many other opportunities which meet the needs, and interests, of ALL students. If your student has a subject, sport, or hobby they love, there is a place for them in the Bay City Public Schools. These opportunities are available for exploration too; students can find something new to get involved in! Below is only a small portion of what we offer at each level (not all opportunities are available in all buildings; call us or visit school websites for more details.)

Our athletic teams are made up of the best student-athletes in the area. We have both male and female teams at the middle and high schools. Our high school teams play at the freshmen, JV, and varsity levels. There are several teams that have won district and State championships like Western High School’s baseball team, Central High School’s Competitive Cheer team, and even some of our middle school teams!
