Notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of Bay City Public Schools, School District City of Bay City, Bay and Saginaw Counties will hold a REGULAR COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, October 3, 2022, in the district at Handy Middle School in the District Administration Center Board Room, 601 Blend Street, Bay City, Michigan 48706.

This meeting is a meeting of the Board of Education in public for the purpose of conducting the School District's business and is not to be considered a public community meeting. There is a time for public participation during the meeting as indicated in the agenda item Call to the Audience.

The district’s business may include the opportunity to consider matters in closed session, as permitted under the Open Meetings Act. The board may reconvene in an open session for possible action on these matters or any other matter that may be necessary.
